An issue involving admin access emerged earlier and there’s a possibility you were affected by it. Fortunately, our developers were immediately aware of the issue and were able to fix it shortly. If that was the reason why your packing slips weren’t loading, they should be loading now since the issue is fixed.
Could you please advise if you’re still encountering the issue? If you are, are you able to share a screen recording of the issue so I can take a closer look and investigate?
