Why are my payment icons not appearing on my store?

Hi, I have recently reactivated my payment methods on my store but now the payment icons are not showing up at the bottom of my store. How do I fix this?

Please follow these steps to enable the payment icons:

  1. From Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes

  2. Select the theme you want to edit > Customize

  3. Select Footer > Check the “Show payment icons” box

  4. Click Save

It is checked but still no options are displaying.

Seems that the function doesn’t work correctly. You may contact the theme provider to have them solve it.
