Why are my payments on hold and how can I resolve this with Shopify?

When I log into my store it states:

  • Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold while we review your account

    We need more information about one of your products to determine whether it’s eligible for Shopify Payments. An email with more details about this payout hold was sent to the account owner. This hold does not prevent your customers from checking out.

    When I click “Learn More” it says that: "When a Shopify Payments account is on hold, the Shopify account holder is sent an email with additional information. To resolve the issue, review this email and reply directly to it.

    I have not received any email from shopify in regards to this. I cannot continue business with my payments on hold. How do I resolve this with Shopify if there is no way to contact them?

Consider sending a quick email to Shopify’s Merchant support. They should assist you with the issue!
