Why are my payouts on hold and how can I resolve it?


We just got this notice on our dashboard. Does anyone know who we have to reach out to to get our Payouts off the hold status?

I appreciate that you have included a screenshot of the message on your dashboard as that is very helpful! Since we cannot authenticate over the Community forums for the store in question due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, I am unable to look into the specifics.

In this case, you will want to reach out to support by logging into your store using our Contact Us page. Once you successfully login, you will be directed to the Help Center. Type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support under the search results.

This will allow you to speak directly to a Support Advisor about the banner that you are seeing in your admin dashboard.
