Why are my payouts on hold during account review?

I’ve received a notification this morning saying my payouts are on hold whilst my account is being reviewed. I have no idea why and what’s happening. Can someone help me asap, I need this resolved immediately as a small business.

We are required to periodically review all accounts that use Shopify Payments. These reviews typically take 1-3 business days, at which point we’ll either reinstate your payouts, or contact you by email if we require more information about your business. Rest assured this is a normal part of doing business online, and our team works to complete these reviews as quickly as possible. If your payouts have been on hold for more than 3 business days, feel free to contact us via the Help Center for an update.
