- Been over a month and payouts are still showing as ‘pending’. I’m not sure what else to do to actually get paid but nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions???

It’s possible that there is still information that needs to be provided to complete your Shopify Payments account. I recommend searching your email for any communications referencing Shopify Payments, or clicking the bell icon in your Shopify admin to see your notifications that you may have missed.
If you don’t see any outstanding requests, I recommend contacting our live support team through the Help Center so we can investigate further.
