Why are my product images linking to the wrong items on my site?

Hey,

I updated my site two dawn 3.0 and have some sort of glitch on collection grids, when I click on the product image it links to another product and I’m not sure if this is a glitch or a coding error.

This happens on the features collection on the home page, the first 3 products on collection pages and all products on you may like this collection.

Below is the link to the site, if anyone has seen something like this before help in hand would be much appreciated.

I have some more information on this if anyone could help, it appears the last product of the collection is what opens when clicking other products.
