Why are my product tags not saving correctly?

Hi there - having a problem with tags for new products. Used both safari and firefox to no avail.

I enter tags, and they do not remain or are knocked out by the next tag I put in - again and again. It takes ages to tag a product and this should be fast. I’ve tried entering them, re entering them, ticking them etc.

Any help appreciated as I’m wasting a fair bit of time tagging things.

Have you use the More actions button?

You actually have to select the product first then the option appears
