Not quite sure where to even start with this. I have 0 organic traffic and was also unable to get approved through google. Products are not showing up on google. Any direction with this and why the robott.txt is blocking the crawl would be appreciated

As for the Meta Description too long warning - Here’s how to fix it:
I am guessing your product pages and collections pages are missing meta descriptions. If you haven’t entered a meta description manually in Shopify, then your product description, by default is used as your Meta Description. This is why you are getting this error.
Go to your product pages and manually type in your Meta Description. Make sure they are no longer than 150 characters. This should fix the error. What is Meta Description and How to Write One (+examples) (2022) (shopify.com)
As for the missing ALT text, It means your images don’t have alt text. Click on images in your product pages, and you should see the option to add ALT text. Best practices to write ALT text is describe exactly what you see in the image.
