Hello! I’m brand new to Shopify (importing from Etsy).
I’ve been trying to add collections to both the homepage and a collections page but none of my product listings are showing up. I think they are all active but I’ve been doing this solely from my iPhone so maybe I’ve missed something?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with the migration process as you move from Etsy to Shopify. To ensure I’m fully understanding, are you able to share how you’re adding products to the shop currently?
I recommend checking out our Migrating From Etsy to Shopify documentation as it provides step by step instructions on how to successfully complete this process. It utilizes a store import feature to easily bring over all files to Shopify without issues!
If however, you have completed this step and not seeing your products you can look to using CSV Files to successfully achieve this. As you should have downloaded a CSV file of your products from Etsy, you can use our Sample CSV File as a template to create this file and import to the shop.

Hey Blair! I can see the products all successfully imported. The trouble I’m having is getting them to show up under the collections tab on my site. There’s simply a list of collections but when you click on them it just refreshes the collections page rather than showing all the products for sale within that collection.
