I’ve looked through the boards and watched a few videos on the subject before reaching out. I am not sure what step I am missing and could use some help on this.
Below is the path I have taken so far.
Get Product → edit info of product → mark product as active → add to COLLECTION →
create a collection → make sure all appropriate products are listed → schedule collection or make active now.
Go to Collections menu and make sure collection is marked as active → go to the navigation menu and select the main menu → got to home page link and edit → see if correct collections is tied to home page.
There seems to be a big disconnect in communications on Shopify to relay the proper setup process on products. Even after following a video that shopify had created on the issue, and I followed it step by step. my products are still not showing.
this is also a new store. I could use the help getting this up and running. thank you.

Collaboration: MY best guess here would be that I am using the Oberlo app to drop ship from Aliexpress.
I don’t believe the app is the issue because the products show on new collections when created.
Hopefully that answers your question..

I am having the same issue- I want to add wholesale items to my site. I added a wholesale page, added to navigation, made sure that the condition was set to ‘match any’, added wholesale to my collections and tags… When I click view page from my navigation tab, it shows me the wholesale page and the two products I have listed. However, when I type in my website and click on the wholesale tab, it shows me a blank page with the heading Wholesale and that is all. Help!
