my collection is active but when I look on my live channel nothing shows up. Can someone help me out ?
Are the products published and not in draft mode?
Is the collection manual or automatic?
Is the collection live right now, or has it been scheduled to appear later on your site?

It sounds like you have created products and collections, but you haven’t added them to the store’s navigation yet. However, can you provide your domain so I can take a look?
When you create a collection, it is only visible at the direct link Shopify generates once the collection is created. For it to be found easily in your store by your customers it needs to be added to your store’s menu. I’ve attached a great guide here that will walk you through the steps.
