Hi all! So I am hoping this is a very quick fix but I recently deleted a bunch of items from my store as they were no longer for sale and never would be again, and I added new items to the store, I have made other changes to the store as well but this did not effect the “Shop” app side of the store. However, I recently added new items and found that they were not being published to the “Shop” store. I decided to uninstall the Shop app and reinstall it but now no items are showing on the store page and adding new items makes no difference. Additionally I get the error “Your products aren’t listed on your Shop Store.” and when I click “Manage” to manage the items listed, no products appear. I have attached screenshots to aide a little.
Edit: Just thought this would help, I also recently set up Facebook, Google and TikTok which have their own point of sale stuff and wasn’t sure whether that may have messed things up, I haven’t had chance to check if the products are showing on those yet as it is late now and I am finishing up for the night.
I guess the products are set to not be published in the app.
Go to Google & Youtube > on the first page click on manage products > then make sure all products are checked for publishing.
Google & YouTube, Facebook and TikTok are working fine as sales channels, its the “Shop” app I’m having trouble with. It’s showing I have absolutely no products listed and when I manage the products to publish them they don’t show up there either.
Just to update, now only two products are appearing as being listed when I check which products are listed, but for some odd reason these are the two products I don’t want to be listed at all on Shop. However all of my products show when I manage products but changing them to be listed seems to get reverted instantly.

All products show but the ones I want are unchecked.
I check all of them just to test things out and save my changes.
Page still doesnt show any of my other products.
Changes were randomly reverted.
I know that they are all enabled on the Shop sales channel so I’m not sure why they aren’t working.

Unfortunately not, I contacted Shopify support and it just sorted itself out, maybe they did something but they didn’t tell me or update me
