Why are my products not uploading to my online store?

Hello,

I have tried to add a few products to our online store (www.littleladylocks.com) and followed all of the steps shown. The products don’t seem to be uploading, please could you help me with this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with adding products to the shop, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are you receiving an error when attempting to add products to the shop?

If so, you will want to ensure that you are taking the appropriate steps to successfully add products. To achieve this, you can check out our Adding Products To Your Sales Channels helpdoc for step-by-step instructions. It outlines however, that you can:

  • Head to the Products section from within the Shopify admin.

  • From the Products page, click Add product.

  • Enter a title for your product, along with additional details.

  • Click Save.

If this step has already been completed, you will want to ensure those products have been made available to the Online Sales Channel. This will allow your customers to view and purchase products when shopping online. We have a great Making Products Available To Your Sales Channels document, that shares how you can achieve this. It outlines however, that you can:

  • Head to the Products section, from within the Shopify admin.

  • Click the product’s name to open its details. The product is included in the sales channels listed in the Publishing section.

  • Click Manage > Manage sales channels.

  • Select the sales channel Online Store.

  • Click Done.

  • Click Save.

Once this has been successfully completed, you can head to your online storefront to confirm those products are now appearing on the storefront.
