Why are my sales transactions still pending on Shopify Payments?

So originally I had my bank account linked and I made sales on my store with Shopify Payments and the transactions have been sitting there for over a week still saying pending. I just switched to a Shopify balance and im still seeing no updates to the transactions. What do I do to fix this.

When you create a new account with Shopify Payments your payouts will take longer than current users. This is to ensure that your account maintains good standing, and will only occur for the first few payouts. If you don’t receive any charge backs in your first few weeks your payouts will continue within the timeframe you select in your payout settings.
