From my understanding, the filters in your Sense Theme used to work, and abruptly stopped working? Can you please expand on the changes you made before the filters stopped working?

Thank you for sharing your store link, I can also see now that the filters on your store are not working as expected.
You mentioned that the filters stopped working, so I am assuming they used to work. However, you did not expand on what changes you made that they stopped working after? If these were custom code changes or an app, please revert the code changes or uninstall the app. Alternatively, test against an unedited version of your theme to rule out any issues.
