I understand how important it is to receive your payouts on time and will do my best to point you in the right direction. Firstly, have you made any changes to your payout schedule? This is important as it may take a few additional business days for the payments to appear in your payouts.
My next suggestion would be to check on the individual order status to ensure that they were indeed made from Shop Pay. To do this, you will need to locate the individual order and scroll down to the payment information section to confirm this. While on this page, you will also want to check if the customer has initiated a refund as this may result in the payout to not appear.
