Hi,
I don’t see the ads on the search results today from Canada. Is there a problem?
Topic summary
Ads not appearing in Canadian search results; participants explore whether this is a setup, timing, or verification issue.
- Confirmation requested that campaigns were actually created in the Google Ads account; a screenshot was asked for.
- Guidance notes that after setting up Google Shopping ads, it can take a few days before products begin showing.
- Monitoring is recommended via Google Ads reports and the Google Merchant Performance report to see if products are getting impressions, indicating whether they’re eligible and serving.
- Visual self-checks are discouraged: search results are personalized, and repeatedly searching without clicking can cause Google to limit ad serving for that user.
Action items:
- Verify campaigns exist and are properly configured in Google Ads.
- Allow a few days post-setup for ads to start serving.
- Check impressions and clicks in Google Ads and Merchant performance reports instead of relying on manual searches.
- Provide screenshots if further troubleshooting is needed.
Status: No resolution yet; waiting on data (impressions/clicks) from the advertiser.
Have you created the the ads? in google ad account ? can you share the screen shot ?
Hi @nima92
After you set up the ads, it takes a few days before the products start showing up for Google Shopping ads.
You can also take a look at the Google Ads report or Google Merchant Performance report to see if your individual products are starting to see any impressions to check if they have actually started showing up yet.
Cheers,
Clarice
Visually checking your ads, does not allow you to verify if your ads are showing or not. Every user will see different results. And even when you search your ads multiple times, and do not click on it, Google will eventually limit certain ads you do not interact with.
The recommended and more accurate method for checking if your ads are performing is to use Google Ads data. Check your reports / campaign data.
Are you seeing impressions and clicks?
