The problem is I had a chat with the support yesterday and he said if my address is virtual and I told him it’s not virtual it’s a proper physical apartment and I live here. Because it’s a rented apartment I only have the electricity bill as address proof and nothing else. I ll be shifting to Scotland in 2 months and I have the lease agreement of that and if it’s required in addition to the electricity bill but he disabled my payments account. I don’t know what else to do. It’s affecting my business and mental health. It’s been a week I am sorting this out instead of focusing on my work.
