i am facing an issue again and again when i submitted my documents. because of this my shopify payments are on hold. kindly resolve my issues so that i run my business. because of this much time is wasted.

Have you managed to submit the required via your Shopify admin? If so, then it is now just a case of waiting for the Shopify Payments team to review and approve these documents at which time the payments hold will be lifted.
Some context for the reason behind requesting these documents: We’re making updates to our onboarding requirements, which is a common practice; all other businesses and payments providers, like Shopify Payments, must ensure that we are compliant with local regulations. Inputs into these updates include regulatory changes, financial partner requirement changes, card network requirements, and an assessment of our customer portfolio against our company’s risk program. This review is to ensure we’re taking the right steps to help keep the financial services ecosystem healthy. If you are having trouble uploading images of your ID: Make sure that the Photo ID is a government issued ID, in .png/.jpeg format, and is clearly legible. Documentation should be the document requested in the admin, should be free of reflections, and should be high enough resolution that the details can be viewed easily. For address verification, we cannot reuse a document. For example, if a driver’s license was used for identity verification, an additional document such as a utility bill will need to be included if an address verification document is required as well. Merchants should only upload these documents through the banner request. Do not save to the Files section in the admin.
