Why are my store payouts still on hold after providing tracking numbers?

I had two orders on my store almost 2 weeks ago (February 10th). I fulfilled the orders and soon after, the banner saying my payouts are on hold due to a review. I submitted all the documents requested, except the tracking numbers, which I didn’t have yet. A “risk analyst” emailed me and said that the hold has been lifted from my account and I will receive 80% of the payout, and the other 20% in 60 days, or until I update with the tracking numbers. The payouts are still on hold, 5 days later :(. I have updated by replying by email to the “risk analyst” with the tracking numbers, and I uploaded the tracking numbers also on the document file on shopify. I have tried emailing another two times since, and no response. My ticket number is 36300410
