Hey this is a weird one. I noticed yesterday afternoon working on my laptop that the mouse-over dropdowns on my store weren’t working. I went to my desktop to check it out there and they work fine. Same operating system, same browser, same internet connection. Anyone have any ideas why?

Do you mind if I ask the URL of your store so that I can test the drop down menu on my end? Also, which browser and device are you using?
When something on your website is working on one device and not another, this is typically caused by something local on the device. I would recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps on your laptop:
- Update your device and browser.
- Test your dropdown menu using another browser (I would try a private or incognito version of the browser you typically use as well).
- Clear your cache and cookies.
This will usually fix issues like this, but if it’s still not working after that please don’t hesitate to reply back.
