Recommended steps: clear cookies/cache, try an incognito window or different browser/device, and contact Live Support for account‑specific investigation if discrepancies persist.
Outcomes are mixed: some merchants saw data “catch up” after ~2 days and now report normal figures; others still experience mismatches, including one posting an image showing three days of empty totals and several noting ongoing issues after contacting support.
Current status: officially resolved, but remaining edge cases persist for some users; unresolved cases are being routed to Live Support.

We’re currently seeing reports of multiple merchants with analytics and reporting errors on their store. Our developers are aware of this issue and are currently working on resolving it as quickly as they can. We appreciate your patience while we look into this!
day 3 and issue seems to have corrected itself (unless its been corrected by yourselves)
I have been having this same issue. This AM again noticed sales that show on our sales list are not showing up in our total Sales report.

i would advise waiting a couple of days, i saw an earlier post reporting the same as me and it also appeared to catch up on itself 2 days later
Yes I did file a report but it happened on Monday still doesn’t look resolved. and now it happened again today.

I’m having this issue today. I’ve deleted my cookies. Closed and reopened the browser and tried accessing on another device. Total sales don’t match actual sale total.

I am now having this same issue and i am seeing very little solutions beyond “wait, hold your breath and cross your fingers”. Are there other solutions for this???

We’re having this same issue, have contacted Shopify support twice and it’s still not fixed, is this an ongoing issue/glitch!? Can someone help?
I am having the same problem 48 hours ago I lost my total online sales and now today sales from my 2 stores have disappeared I have nothing at all showing on my dashboard. No transaction history at all contacted Shopify 3 times maybe their working on it, (I doubt it).
