I can confirm that we were seeing multiple reports of delayed sales reports and analytics earlier today. We’ve since received confirmation from our developers that the delays have recovered, so all reports and analytics should have now fully caught up. We’ve also marked this issue as resolved within the Shopify status page.
Before rechecking your sales reports and analytics page within the Shopify admin, feel free to clear your browser’s cookies and cache. If you’re still not seeing the correct numbers reflected on your sales and analytics page, you can further troubleshoot this locally to begin with by following the guide below:
- Try to access your Shopify admin via an incognito window
- You can also try another browser. For example, if you’re using Safari, you can try accessing your admin on Chrome or Firefox
- You can also try to use another device, such as your mobile or a tablet
