I’m using Translate and Adabpt to translate email notifications sent to customers. When I test the localized Arabic version I always receive the English one.
I’ve placed orders from the Arabic website and made sure that the account is signed up from the Arabic version of my website, but I still receive the English version.

Hey @sherifshakaria , this might be because you are testing it with the same email address. The language notifications get sent in is the language attached to the customer, which is set the first time they check out. So if you change lanaguage but use the same ‘customer’ the notification will be sent in language they checked out the first time. Try with a different email (if a gmail you can test this and still receive the email by, for example, modifying your address with a + : yourhandle+1@gmail.com yourhandle+2@gmail.com ). If that doesn’t work let us know
