Why are my URL redirects only working on one device?

I just devoted several hours individually creating around 200 URL redirects. After hitting save on each one, I would check the old link to see if they would redirect. Each one did.

Now, that I’m finished, I’m noticing that these redirects only work on my laptop - they are not redirecting when using other devices. There is also no record of them in my list of URL redirects.

Please help. I’m hoping I did not just waste a very large amount of time and effort.

Do you have an example link that should be redirecting to somewhere else? URL redirects don’t vanish, but it is possible for them to be deleted by others or via the API. It’s too early to speculate so lets at least confirm that it’s not working by getting an example.
