Hi,
We sold a few gift cards online for x-mas and two customers who received them can’t redeem their gift on our site. I tried 4 of them and it keep saying to enter a valid code. It is weird because it never happened before. Did we do something wrong?
Hopefully someone has a clue of what could have cause this.
