I have been working on the same Cvs from the shopify template. So far, my products always uploaded. Since I added my images manually, I then wanted to work from an export from my shop. Now that I’ve made update to that cvs, only half my products upload when I import. Can someone help me figure out why???

Have you uploaded those half of the products (CSV) in a different format from the one that is required by Shopify?
If this is the case then you have to upload those products in CSV format required by Shopify otherwise it will not show up.
