Why are prices not displaying in my online store after resuming basic subscription?

i recently paused my store to update which disabled the options of purchasing items but when i switched back to a basic subscription my prices did not show up. There are no prices on anything however items can be added to the cart and it will show rates. I use Yuva theme and have been in contact with shopify and theme developer but no solution so far.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out! That sounds unexpected, and I understand it’s not ideal.

Switching your store between plans should not affect your theme. Can you recall editing your theme code to temporarily hide prices prior to pausing maybe? There is a guide on how to do this, so please check to see if you remember completing it.

If not, that’s okay - it’s always good to cover all the bases. In most cases, the cause for this issue is a customized theme code or an app that may interfere with your theme.

The best way to establish if it’s theme related problem is to install a new version of your theme or another theme and then see if it happens with it too. If the new theme doesn’t have this problem, your current theme will need a revision. Please let me know what happens when you try to replicate the issue on a different theme.
