When I create my product listings. I add the variants but they don’t show on my website.
Any one know why?

You need to give the website so people can see.
Did you try to switch themes? I don’t think it is due to theme problem but it worth a try.

I would be happy to take a look at that for you! I will need a bit more context however. For example, which product specifically are the variants missing? Also, can you please provide screenshots of the product page from your Shopify Admin? When uploading screenshots, make sure to block out any sensitive store information.
If you see the variants listed in your admin, but not within the product, you could have duplicate product listings, one with the variants, and one without. Make sure to compare the URL of your product in Shopify to the live product to ensure you added the variants to the correct product. You can check this by selecting “Edit SEO and meta data” at the bottom of your product page in your admin.
In the meantime, I had a look at your store, and your nails are gorgeous! I recommend taking some product shots of the nails being worn to really sell how beautiful they are. This will add some additional branding and professionalism to your site.
Lastly, while your logo is beautiful, it is blurry on a desktop device. If possible, I would upload a larger file so that it is clearer. Or, you can create the same logo but higher quality over at canva.com which is a free logo generator!

Thanks for the screenshots! I will need a bit more information. Can you please link the product from your domain in your reply, and then take a screenshot of the full product from your admin including the product URL? You might not have duplicate variants, but you could have duplicate products.
