Why are product variants not showing up in my custom theme checkout?

Hello Keshan! I have a custom theme created though a developer that I am no longer in touch with. I am currently experiencing this with all of my products. Some of them show the variants but don’t change and some just don’t even show the variants. For example I have a glass piece that comes in different colors but none of the variants show up
