Why are products disappearing from draft orders on Shopify?

Hi All,

Recently when creating draft orders I have been having an issue. I try to add a product and it appears not he draft for a split second and then disappears.

We have been using Shopify for 8 years and have been adding the same products for as many years…

Has anyone else experienced weird things with draft orders recently and is there a fix?

Having the same exact problem for about a week.

Has a resolution been found?

We had Shopify support come on and ‘reset our admin’ portal… but still having issues… Very frustrating…

After speaking with two different specialists that could duplicate the problem but not solve it, they sent me some ridiculously long winded email to say “we are working on it.” The one work around I did find was that it doesn’t seem to be happening on the Shopify app on my ipad. It’s definitely not a great solution, but it’s the best I got to keep the work flowing

Shopify support has been very poor on this.

Shopify support used to be really good… but it seems to have gone to the dogs..

We keep having to re-do the invoices - it’s really time-consuming and frustrating…
