When making a copy of a theme and applying it to this store, I removed some app scripts and files for this new store. I think I may have accidentally deleted something, so the content within the collection page in the theme editor is missing. See below:

The theme I’m using: (missing the template settings, Collection Template, Custom page section, Add section, etc.)
Anyone have an idea as to what causes this and what file or code to add to get it back to normal?
