Why are products still visible online despite POS-only settings?

Hello,

When I want products only to be displayed in my POS system I choose for the option Active and avalailable on POS only. For some reason the items are still visible on the online store.

If I set the setting on Concept and pos only then the POS system cant find the product at all.

How is this possible?

Someone?! Shopify?!

I’m paying 89$ per month for POS only… WHERE is the support???
