Profit from our recent sales are not appearing in gross profit. Although we can solve this by calculating the profit by ourselves it makes the process a lot more complicated and we would like to see if there is any way we can resolve this issue, thanks!
It says that you haven’t set the cost of any sold items.
Go to the product(s) you sold in Shopify’s admin, navigate to the sold variants, and look at the field “Cost per item”. Probably it is empty or it was empty at the time of selling.
I have now put all the “cost per item” amounts in each product, but it is still reporting $0 on all previous orders. Is there are way to rectify?
