Why are shipping emails still sending after disabling them?

I disabled shipment out for delivery and shipment delivered and they still send. Why is this?

In this case, the optimum solution is to reach out to the merchant support team, they’ll look into it.

You can disable the shipping notifications that your customers receive by navigating to Settings > Notifications. Once you land on that page, you should be able to scroll down to see the option to uncheck the options for Out for Delivery and Delivered. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

After you have made this change, be sure to Save the changes made before navigating to another area of the admin.
