Some of my customers are stuck in what seems like a login loop. They login and then are immediately taken back to the log in page over and over and can’t get past it. I know of some other sites that are having or have had this same issue this week. Not sure what’s happening as I can’t replicate with my own account.
We’re, certainly, going to be losing out on sales from this outage. Please advise. Thank you

We’ve had the same on going issue for a few months now, still trying to find a resolve. It is still apparent today.
I have an open support ticket on this now and have referenced this thread and sent screen recordings of the issue - 45705903. Fingers crossed we’ll get somewhere with it.
Having the same problem here. Very frustrating and they dont want to help.
We ended up moving the log in page to just before the checkout and it seems to be fine now.
I went through various error logging and couldn’t find what Shopify technical needed to investigate further to spite the issue 100% still being there.
Touch wood - we are OK now the log in has been moved.
