I was able to access our Shopify Learn course: Dropshipping 101: Build your first online store with no loading issues on both a desktop and mobile device. I’ll share a screenshot below of what I see on my end.
This looks to be a local issue as I’m not able to replicate the issue you’re experiencing. It looks like you’re using an iOS device. I’ll share the steps below on how to clear your cache and cookies on iOS to ensure you’re able to access the course. You can also find more information in this Google Account Help resource.
In the Chrome App:
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app
- At the bottom, tap More
- Tap History
Clear browsing data. - Make sure there’s a checkmark next to “Cookies, Site Data,” and “Cached Images and Files.”
- Tap Clear browsing data.
