Why are some products not showing on Google Merchant Center?

I have a few products that are not showing on Google. The message says, “Product missing a value for . “ I cannot find a required item that isn’t completed. What is “.” ?

There are a number of different values that this could be! Usually, they are stated like this: Missing value [Size].

When you access your Google merchant account from a different device or browser are you still seeing just the full stop? I’m wondering if this is a formatting issue within your chosen browser.

It happens on both a desktop and iPad.
Just the period, no brackets.

What type of products are they? We might be able to narrow down what the missing value is. Also, do you have any similar products that are approved, you could compare the two and check what may be missing.

As I said, I’ve looked for any missing areas. Can’t find any.

It’s all types of products, no connection.

I tried to send 2 photos but can’t send pngs, :(.

Go to Google Merchant Center > Products > all products > click on your product > screenshot that whole page so that we can have a look. Make sure the images are large enough for us to read the data. Especially the final attributes info.

Save the images as JPG if it does not work with PNG, or upload on an image sharing platform.

This issue seems to be from the app you are using. As there are no issues in Google Merchant Center, you can safely ignore it.

The free app you are using, has some bugs. You may send Google feedback regarding this issue.

As @EmmanuelFlossie has mentioned, we sometimes see bugs within these free google product apps. As long as the information in Google Merchant Center shows an active status, then you can ignore what is mentioned via the app in Shopify.
