I have a problem with sidebar filters not appearing in the filters list when they definitely should be?
I have a very large collection of “Parts”, all tagged with the word Parts so they appear in that collection.
All the parts are also tagged with their respective manufacturer name.
My filters list for the sidebar includes all possible manufacturer names, so that when a collection is viewed, any manufacturer names included on any products in that collection will appear in the filters sidebar, to make it easy to find specific products.
Problem is that even though everything is setup and tagged correctly, some filters are missing (sometimes) from the sidebar, and I don’t know why?
For example, I can change the sort order on the collection page and see a product listed there (with all the correct tags applied to it) and yet that manufacturer is not visible in the filters.
My mind is warped with this one! Does anyone know what the issue might be?
I need to make sure that all applicable filters appear in the sidebar, or customers won’t be able to easily find what they want.
