I keep getting this error in stripe: Payment declined by the issuing bank
There is no more info about that, stripe is just suggesting this: Tell the customer to try a different payment method, or they can contact their issuing bank for more information. Retries may succeed.
I don’t know what to do, I lose a lot of orders this way because the customer’s bank refuses to accept the payment. There is nothing special set up. Stripe
My Stripe is configured for France.
The only thing these declined payments have in common is that they are from the US (the declined ones). Not all US customers are declined.
