I’ve had a major bug for 48 hours. The coloured dots on our site to indicate the colour of the products have become transparent.
Our theme is Flex and the coloured dots go through our theme. This is having a huge impact on our sales!

How are you setting the colours? Do you have a place to enter hex codes?
The way I see it, you’ve assigned colours like kaki, citrus, etc… into the code literally and these colours are unknown to the codebase by name, you should change them to hex colours.
Also make sure the variant images are uploaded
Thanks for your feedback, but in fact our colour names are created in our png files.
It was still working yesterday and since September (new Flex theme). It all blew up today and there are some products where the colour dots work normally but very little. It’s really quite a bug.

Previously I saw that it was pulling different images for both the products you shared even though they had similar colors.
Yes indeed, the bug this morning seems to have disappeared. It must have been the theme. I’m keeping a close eye on it because yesterday the bug disappeared and came back like a loop. I’m going to have a look at it throughout the day.

Some time it is possible that color take time to sync with your theme or products.
