It’s a basic collection for display but wouldn’t show the page properly. I don’t understand why this is happening when there’s a 100% similar page I base it on that is working properly.

Can’t see what the issue is sorry, the link added doesn’t work/give us access.
Did you go to view page from the collection and it doesn’t work?
No, it does not show any product but there is already a list there of the “Best Selling” items. It should look like this … https://localthreads.com.au/collections/eofy-sale … but instead it looks like this … https://localthreads.com.au/collections/big-fashion-sale. It seems this is a normal occurrence, my theme is Ella, that relevant? Why does, this happen at all?
More information: It seems that it’s the theme that is affecting it. There is another child template that actually worked instead of the “default”. The thing is I have no idea why this is happening. The worst thing is most of the selection in the child theme template selection does not work, I mean does not show the products as well.
Hi Kuya_Eric,
-
Go to Collections
-
Tick the box next to the relevant collection (left handside)
-
Select ‘Actions’
-
Select ‘Make collections available’
This is probably the fix you are looking for.
Can you explain why there are times when my default template or child template theme would fail to show my collection?
It should look something like this:
https://localthreads.com.au/collections/eofy-sale
But instead, this is what I get:
https://localthreads.com.au/collections/big-fashion-sale
The thing is all data placed on the collection page including the initial child-theme selected is the same. Why does it still show no items/products on the live page?
