First off, let me just say to any Shopify employees PLEASE stop changing and tweaking behind the scenes so much. It seems like every couple of months there are enough back end changes that I have to relearn all sorts of everyday procedures. Or get used to all new menu options. Are people really asking for these changes?
My current issue is the new search product function in the back end no longer contains a way to filter by Created Date, or Last Updated Date. If it does ya’ll have hidden it very well. What was wrong with all the other search pages? Is this still an option, or has this filter been removed?
shopify and theme updates will always be a of a thing unfortunately
but for the search there is a new app called search and discovery that is through shopify and you can create custom filters that are more advanced than the typical date nad product type

You may have discovered this by now, but there is a place to sort by created or updated date (and other options). If the search bar is open, you won’t be able to see/access this button.
