Hi, I have a site www.orchidsinprint.com, That irrespective of how many visitors it has, we are currently seeing no add to carts or purchases.

I started the site in February last year, following one of the courses, developing the initial site myself. I then had a site builder create a new site. I then suspended the site in May due to no sales, and the fact that we were going away shortly.

In September last year, I restarted the site and had 9 sales late October to early December, In the period December to February 21st, there have been 1,400 visits, with 3 add to carts, 3 reach checkout and 1 conversion.

Whilst I am aware that my target market is 40 to 65+, and specific to people who grow or love orchids, this can slow down sales. I am at a loss as to what I need to do to increase the add to cart rate. I have been researching and trying different things, but to no avail.

I would love members to visit the store and give me some feedback and ideas on what needs to be improved.

How are you driving the traffics at the moment?
The quality of visitors might be causing that low conversion rate.

Also the price seems to be a bit too high.

I have stopped the paid marketing until I can further resolve the add to cart issue.

I have just been talking with a product designer that I know, and as the current visitor demographic is a high percentage of women, she is going to send me some sample graphics that will reflect this.

I will research the pricing further.
