Why are there no orders despite steady traffic?

Hey Everyone!

we recently have had 10+ days of no Shopify orders. I don’t understand why the change with our traffic still the same and such. Has anyone else gone through Lulls of no sales for multiple days?

You can install Hotjar and see how the users are interacting and check if anything is blocking their checkout process.
