If I choose any color other than Yellow-Orange, there are no shipping charges or even shipping address at checkout. Color variants were created using standard Shopify variants, as were the two sizes, which is why 10 variants listed in shipping (5 colors x 2 sizes). I am using globo options app to implement some other options, but those shouldn’t, and don’t, generate variants.
Found Solution:
I somehow had all variants except Orange-Yellow set to digital products, which was wrong.
Set them to physical products and now works as expected.
