How do you generate traffic to your store? I.e, Facebook ads, Google Ads, Organic search, etc?
Are you sure all of your traffic is from the US? Only people in the US are able to complete your check out form, which could be why people are dropping off at check out when they realise you don’t ship to their country.
Tiktok Ads. All Targeted to the USA. like 95% of my store visitors were from the US. So probably not that, but thanks for the insight!
