Hey guys I’m looking for store feedback

I am getting thousands of views on my store per day but no ones adding to cart. I’m wondering if this has to do with my shipping profiles? I’m based in Australia and trying to sell globally. If someone from overseas could tell me if it seems to be working ok on their end it would be a huge help! Also any other recommendations would be great
