Why are we charged for trail period for apps

Please let us know why have we been charged for the following apps in the free trial period duration

  1. BD Bulk Discount Price Editor (Uninstalled)

  2. Coupon Code & Discount Pop Up (Uninstalled)

You should contact those app’s support team regarding the charges you got even in the trial period.

I would suggest you to check with Shopify support on this matter.

Did you cancel it at the end of trial? There are cases where you might have cancelled your subscription just after trial period ends.

Anyway, you can check with the respective app developers as well regarding the issue.
